How far is the hotel from the cable car?

It is about a 7-minute walk to the valley station. The pedestrian zone starts directly above the hotel. However, we will also be delighted to bring you to the cable car in our own shuttle (only in the winter).

Is there WiFi/internet in the hotel?

Yes! We offer all guests free WLAN access. You can get the code directly in the hotel.

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill cash or with a direct debit card or with a credit card (Visa & Mastercard). Please speak with your house bank about your daily withdrawal limits.

What happens if I need to cancel or leave early?

If a trip is cancelled or if you arrive late to the booked stay, we reserve the right to observe the Austrian Hotel Contract Provisions. We recommend taking out a hotel cancellation plus insurance for any booking. If you depart early, please understand that we will nevertheless have to charge for the entire stay. Please contact your insurance directly in such an event in order to clarify your insurance cover.

Are pets allowed at Hotel Bergblick?

Pets are permitted on agreement, as we have intended certain rooms for them. We charge EUR 20.00 per day for your pet excluding feed. Please understand that your pet is not permitted in the restaurant and spa area.

Is smoking allowed in the Bergblick?

No. We are a non-smoking hotel and ask for your understanding that it is only permitted to smoke on your balcony or on the terrace.

When can I occupy the room?

On the day of departure, the room is available to you until 10.30 am. We ask you for your understanding that the room cannot be occupied before 3.00 pm. If you arrive after 6.00 pm, please notify us by telephone. 

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes. We have free parking right at the hotel. If you would like underground parking, please let us know as the number is limited and the garage is not directly at the hotel.

Do I get a refund for services I have not used?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund services not used.

In what amount do I need to make a down payment?

In the event of a fixed booking, we reserve the right to charge a down payment of EUR 500.00 per room.
