Hotel Bergblick Fiss

For your stay at the Hotel Bergblick Fiss, the following cancellation policy applies for winter 2026 and 2027:

• up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation of the booking.
• 29 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booked travel price
• 13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked travel price.
  
• 6–1 day before arrival: 90% of the travel price
• early departure / non-arrival: 100% of the booked travel price.

Apartment Bergblick Living

For your stay at the Apartment Bergblick Living, the following cancellation policy applies for winter 2026 and 2027:

• any advance booking period: €150.00 processing fee.
• Up to 60 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. (A processing fee of € 150.00 will be charged for any deposit made.)
• Up to 31 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
• Up to 8 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Any deposits already made will be refunded in the event of cancellation, deducting a processing fee of €150.00.
